Update! Two Books and A Wedding!
I believe October, 2019 was the busiest month I've had in years. Not only did I published two books this month, (a big deal for this slow-writing author) but my wonderful granddaughter Kayley was married in my front yard!
We have a small park in the front and it was the perfect venue for a wedding. ~ Kayley and Maxx were the perfect Wedding Couple.~
What a terrific experience. What a loving time for all of us.
On to the books and a great Giveaway!
Two books this month - And one cake at Yosemite Romance Writers October meeting. It's a tradition
in our chapter of Romance Writers of America to
put the cover of our latest book on a cake - and eat it!
After the struggle to get a book published, it's a delicious
way to celebrate.
Released October 26 - Book Two in the Sunset Canyon Series: Cast in Stone: The Secret of New Moon Mesa was released this month! Sammy's story is worth the wait. It's exciting, (the rescue of his aunt results in lasting changes in his life) and as the story unfolds, many secrets of the haunting of Sunset Canyon and New Moon Mesa are revealed. Sam's attraction to the beautiful archaeologist leading the dig site on New Moon Mesa, and keeping her safe, may lead him into more danger, yet.

Format: Paperback
"I love this book. More than that I loved the way it made me feel when reading it. I took the book’s advice and got cozy before I started reading this weekend. Each morning I started with a warm cup of coffee and started to read and relax.
Lynn has such a way of creating characters. Simon, Carrie, Darcy Peel and Samuel Dancing Eagle Feather are some of my favorites.
This was an amazing read from the intro’s to the quotes to the creative stories."
Cast in Stone continues the story of the Peel and McCann families each searching for answers in Prospector's Mountain, particularly to the mystery of the Curse of Sunset Canyon. The physical setting of the story is the high desert of Arizona where I grew up.
"Lynn writes like a woman who knows the canyons, mesas, and foothills of Arizona as well as someone who knows her way around the Native myths and stories. Her descriptions are lush and powerfully written, making this reader want to catch the next plane to Arizona and go tromping around the red rock landscape in search of such beauty. For a first book, Blood Stones is an exceptional beginning." Review from Kim Hornsby (Kimmie's Korner Reviews)
